He is an experienced finance and accounting (F&A) operations specialist with 20 years in the outsourcing industry. He has strategically led the development of several workflow, reconciliations, process re-engineering, operations management tools, and setting up greenfield operations like Payroll and Financial Research.

In his Prior roles, his experience includes:

– Conducting a detailed review of processes at UK’s Largest Bank and conducting assessments to offshore the work to India.

– Setting up P2P Shared Service Center for a manufacturing company from 29 different locations.

– Setting up Payroll practice for large BPM company. The work carried out included identifying software vendors, conducting due diligence exercises with customers, and setting up the payroll.

– Setting up a Courier company providing services to domestic locations.
