Navin Mishra is a MBA from Southern New Hampshire University – ITM and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt . He is an experienced finance and accounting (F&A) operations specialist with 20 years in outsourcing industry. He has strategically led development of several workflow, reconciliations, process re-engineering, operations management tools and setting up green field operations like Payroll and Financial Research. 

In his Prior roles, his experience includes:
– Conducting detailed review of processes at UK’s Largest Bank and conducting assessment to offshore the work to India.

– Setting up P2P Shared Service Center for a manufacturing company from 29 different locations.

– Setting up Payroll practice for large BPM company. The work carried out included identifying software vendors, conducting due diligence exercise with customers and setting up the payroll.

– Setting up a Courier company providing services to domestic locations.  Navin is a friend of friends. His patience and extremely positive outlook towards life makes him a talk to person in Social Circles and makes friends easily.
