Quality Assurance Management

At Corient we lay great emphasis on ensuring each and every process is monitored with a lens of quality assurance. Introducing a quality assurance standard is a fundamental way of measuring the efficiency of business processes. We follow  a bottoms up approach to  quality. The following is the broad framework of  our quality assurance process:

  • Identification of quality parameters on which the process needs to be measured. They  are identified based on FMEA analysis and end user feedback
  • Deployment of qualified resources to measure quality
  • Deployment of tools to automate the quality which includes verification of data with another set of data
  • Calibration of quality scores with end user feedback
  • Providing refresher training to associates who fail to meet the quality standards
  • Doing root cause analysis of errors identified and helping the team to put preventive controls to avoid these errors
